Our exquisite handcrafted process

1. Consultation: A FI jeweler will contact you via SMS to kick off design of your custom piece.

2. CAD Design: Our engineers will then produce a CAD (a computer generated model) of your design within 3-5 days. You will be given unlimited revision to guarantee your design is perfect to your liking.

3. Manufacturing: We require a 50% down payment (or financing options available) to begin the manufacturing process. Your design will then be given to our highly trained jewelers to be handcraft. Manufacturing and quality control testing can take 1-4 weeks. Consultation fees are applied toward the final cost of the piece. If you don't move on to the manufacturing phase the consultation fee is nonrefundable.

4. Finished Masterpiece: We will provide you with videos/images of your finished masterpiece. Upon final payment, we will immediately ship your jewelry piece to you via UPS.
